1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using FlowPi, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the application.

2. User Conduct

You agree not to use the application for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You may not:

• Use the app to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
• Attempt to bypass security measures or exploit the reward system.
• Post any content that is offensive, illegal, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Use automated systems (bots) to interact with the application.

3. Rewards and Payments

Rewards (Pika/Pi) earned within FlowPi are subject to verification. FlowPi reserves the right to withhold or cancel rewards if fraudulent activity is detected. All Pi Network transactions are processed through the official Pi SDK and are subject to the Pi Network's blockchain rules.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to FlowPi at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the app, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

5. Limitation of Liability

FlowPi is provided "as is" without any warranties. In no event shall FlowPi be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the application.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the application operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
